Welcome!!! We are having fun days in our new class! Even though some of our friends are returning, we have redecorated and put out new work!!!

Grace and Courtesy is our focus for the next several weeks.  The children are learning to shake hands with eye contact to all, use walking feet and inside voices, and use polite words to each other!

We are reading many books: two of our favorites are Brown Bear, Brown Bear by Eric Carle and The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn. The children love to read. We have friends who are beginning to “read” to the other children!

Practical Life skills are a huge part of our Toddler environment. These works include transferring objects from one bowl to the other. We also have spooning , twee-zing, and scooping of beans, jewels, pom poms and more!  It is great work for our fine motor skills!

Painting and coloring are a fun part of our class. Please talk to your child about their pictures. They get so excited telling us what they see!!
