Thank you for taking the time to meet with me for parent teacher conferences. It was nice to meet with each of you. It is amazing how quickly these little children grow into toddlers. They are so proud of each new accomplishment.

I am impressed with the healthy meals our parents send each day. I would love to start a community snack with our older babies. If you would like to bring in a healthy snack to share I will be happy to serve the children together. It’s fun to see them try something new when their friends are trying it too. Our parents have previously brought in blueberries, strawberries, avocados, pears, peas, mangos, watermelon, cantaloupe, and bananas. You could bring in any fruit or vegetable. Of course, we are unable to cook anything, so carrots or anything too hard would need to be soft cooked for our younger friends. If your child has an allergy, or dietary restrictions, please let us know. We will be sure to make note of anything new your child tries on their daily report. This has been really fun in the past, and helped parents find new ideas of foods to try at home.
