Last week was full of fun moments. Our language lessons were the color red, and naming parts of the body. We had a wonderful donation from the Kopinski’s, to help purchase our sensorial table. Thank you to Aaron, Christie, and Jackson. It was a gift the children will enjoy this year and for years to come.

The Shield family also donated soft play gross motor material this week. This was an amazing gift too. Our infants and toddlers have enjoyed hours of playing on it, already! Thank you to Cindy, Jeff, Tradd, and Cole.

I added a new fine motor work to the curriculum for our older toddlers, and have started giving lessons.

Of course, our lessons of self care, and care of the environment are part of our daily curriculum. We teach this through feedings and diapering, and maintaining our classroom and outdoor space.
